This wine is made from Sangiovese grapes. After a long fermentation the wine pomace at a temperature of 25 ° C , the must for seven months comes to aging in American oak barrels . The color is ruby red with violet hues , fruity dry with cherry nuances and spices , taste , harmonious full, velvety and round, with soft tannins , pleasant and well structured in the scent of violets . This Sangiovese you can enjoy best for dark meat dishes, hearty pasta dishes and ripe cheeses.
