The proportion of varieties making up the cuvée may vary slightly each year. On average they are: 30% chardonnay from Franciacorta, 30% chardonnay from Trentino, 30% pinot noir from Oltrepò Pavese, and 10% pinot blanc from Alto Adige. White grapes will predominate. Cuvée assembled from carefully-selected grapes in DOC vineyards in exceptional growing areas of Franciacorta, of Trentino-Alto Adige (with a Berlucchi Press House in Lavis, near Trento), and of the Oltrepò Pavese (Berlucchi Press House in Casteggio, near Pavia). Colour: Straw yellow, with pale green highlights. Mousse: A mousse of soft, creamy foam, with a long-lasting perlage of pin-point bubbles. Bouquet: Rich and lingering, with nuances of fruit and blossoms over yeast and crusty bread. Palate: Clean, full-bodied, with pronounced, appealing fruit and zesty acidity. Ideal as an aperitif, with all antipasti, but perfect as well with dishes featuring fish, rice, pasta, light meats, full-flavoured fish, and with fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
The Contado Aglianico has a ruby red color with orange reflections, with a vinous, broad and intense bouquet of ripe berries with hints of chocolate and licorice. It is velvety and smooth, very harmonious, has a good body with mild tannic acidity and a soft almond taste.
In the glass Lugana Le Quaiare presents itself straw yellow with green reflections, has a fine and pleasant fragrance with notes of green Reineclaude, peach and pear. On palate fresh and aromatic, pleasant, with balanced acidity...
Straw yellow, bright, with golden shades. Smells fresh and mineral, with hints of ripe peach and citrus. Fruity and full-bodied with hints of minerals, with a slightly bitter finish.
In the glass ruby red with the not too intensive garnet red reflexes typical for the Nebbiolo. The bouquet is fruity and floral with notes of raspberry, blueberry and wild strawberry. On the palate, the Nebbiolo is dry, warm, quite soft with appealing tannins.
A sweet Marsala, full and soft, which is ideal as a dessert wine. Try it once a tiramisu, blended with the Amaretto or in zabaglione.
Straw yellow in color with slight greenish reflections, the bubbles of good persistence of a slight crown. The scent is fresh, rich, after white flesh and spicy with notes of tropical fruits. On the palate, fresh with good acidity, soft and balanced. In the final, a hint of citrus.
