Aragosta Spumnate Brut is a sparkling wine obtained from Vermentino grapes selected and hand – picked into an old area of Santa Maria La Palma country and processed by Charmat method. Colour: pale straw-yellow with long perlage. Bouquet: intense with white fruit suggestions and light crusty bread. Flavour: fresh, elegant with long pleasant flavor. Serving suggestion: ideal like aperitif and with whole meal of fish and shell-fish and seafood dishes. .
